Red bridge, with shapes reminiscent of traditional Japanese architecture. Everything recalls tranquility, peace and solitude.

Villa away from everything, from the dark color it seems that it was part of a strict family and not very welcoming. Because of its centrality and the fact that it can be seen from the fence, it would seem that the owner wanted to show his well-being but without letting others in.
The image evokes loneliness, but a lot of tranquility.
I also like the detail of the walkway over the water: delicate, gentle, respectful and connected to the surrounding landscape.

Bench composed of the structure of the bench in concrete while the seat in dark wood. Surrounded by colorful leaves this image I would choose to represent loneliness.

White brick wall pierced vertically by a small window. I find a nice contrast between the creamy white and the dark color of the slot. It's reminiscent of the mini slits they used in castles to check for incoming enemy.

building different from the others thanks to its exposed structure. I could see a lot of hanging plants there. Too bad they want to pull it down to make new housing buildings.

glass structure, stretched to the maximum to be able to shelter from the rain those who want to enter the building. A symbol of wealth and importance, like the gable of the Greek temples but with less poetry.

Place of protests and events. Nice that the government allows such a big place for the people.

I don't see a better architecture for this place. Surely it was inspired by a fortress: built of brick, spaced by a river, no visibility from the outside and the typical towers of castles.

gap between two buildings. Even if the gap is different this does not bother. probably thanks to the brick that adjusts the size and our eye sees a rule behind it. the basement that comes from the left blocks but ends up at the height of a joint of the building on the right. the basement of the building on the right continues up to the white line, giving a line to the house, does not bother the eye. it surprises me that the bricks are not ruined. It is probably a recent building.

Side entrance to an Islamic prayer site. looks more like a warehouse. I'm intrigued by the cameras. Could it be because "interesting" exchanges take place in that area?

Modest entrance to a courtyard between apartment buildings. I am fascinated by the colors and it gives me the impression that people are accepted within the court, that there is nothing to hide and that they will be safe.

Interesting detail of the mailbox. The designer must have wanted to follow the rules dictated by the lines of the doors. The sign on the door but understand that it is a place of prayer. I wonder why I think it is islmanic? It could be from any culture. I would like to go inside and see but would feel like an outsider.

doors are like a reflection of the soul of the people who live behind it. This one is peculiar: it looks unkempt, as if no one lives there. however, the door number is well taken care of. I remain confused.

Colors, colors colors. Silver gray, green and bright red. Cold and warm, on and off. I remain fascinated.

It is impossible not to notice this facade: in a neighborhood totally built with red bricks in the facade, this one is made of rough stone of different sizes, red and greenish colors. There is a white brick finish under the windows, I presume not to make the facade too heavy to see. Another curiosity: the doors are part of the same facade, they have the same style, but they have two different numbers. one looks more like an entrance to an apartment and another an entrance to a commercial area.

A definitely home made extension. What used to be an open balcony has been covered with (inexpensive) plastic matrial sheets, and the roof is made up of the awning that was probably already there so that something could be left outside during the coldest days. They don't seem very interested in light but in space, which is probably lacking.
There is a glimpse of a barbeque and who knows, maybe in summer they will light it and close the awning over it, thus having an outdoor space but sheltered from the wind.

Portrays the theme of color. The contrast fascinates me and the yellow makes everything more interesting and alive.

Building divided from the public road by a river. To get there you have to cross a bridge that leads directly to the main entrance. The water touches the basement of the house. Hopefully there is good waterproofing on the ground floor.

Colors and rhythm. The direction of the bricks horizontally gives a strong direction. Different brick colors and alternating with some smaller ones gives it rhythm and interest. The bushes, the color of the window frame in blue and the yellow inside the window gives it sympathy and cheerfulness.

A particular building. It is characterized by the different decorations, among which a hanging statue (it would seem the representation of Jesus) on the facade, porthole windows and a monumental indication of what would seem to be the entrances. The place is mysterious because it shows a lot of importance and is completely sealed. It is not clear whether it is in operation or not. There is no sign in the inidacre of what is inside, only the sign of a lightning bolt that would indicate a place where electricity is produced.

A typical Dutch house but reminiscent of the Mediterranean ones thanks to its colors.

the photo doesn't do it justice. The building looked all streamlined thanks to the bare trees in front.

Colors and Spices. My world.

The structure of staircases always fascinates me. especially if they are spiral. They remind me of shells and therefore of nature.

Lots of fish stalls. Lots of fish. Too much. Will they sell it all? I hope so.

Beautiful pirate ship created with strong threads. As a kid I would have played with it all day long.

Detail of bark from a fallen tree. It looks like liquid cream, slow moving due to the natural lines of the trunk. Perfect

Majestic fallen tree. Though dead, its power can still be felt.

large, modern door. Indicates an imoprtant, modern building. Serious.

Blue wooden door with a branch of apassita grapes hanging with a green ribbon.

low and squat door. despite this it shows importance thanks to the treated wood material and its decorations. Looking at the photo again, I noticed that the letterbox is on the left in the wall. interesting solution.

beautiful wooden door painted in black. round and fairy decorations.

a river of plants caressed by sunlight.

sunlight filtered through the branches of the trees. The latter look black thanks to the light coming from behind.

Window of an abandoned building. White window frame contrasted by the green of the plant touching it. Wooden shutters, once dyed green, show their raw material which, in the sun, looks golden.

A huge polished concrete pillar welcomes you at the entrance of Arnhem station. The space is so animated that it is as if it were accompanying you on your journey.

The heaviness of the material is contrasted with the lightness that the artist has managed to give to this object. it seems fragile and light when in fact it is the opposite.

Even if it's messy and dark, it's still home. The common goal makes this place a place to feel protected and at home.
